Radio Granulate Pattern of Nonperturbed Sun by Observations of Three Eclipses using the RT-22 SRI CrAO

Results of observation of three eclipses of the Sun are presented for the 31^st of May, 2003 at wavelengths 8.2 and 13.5 mm, the 3^rd of October, 2005 at wavelengths 2.0; 2.3; 2.8 and 3.5 cm; the 29^th of March, 2006 at wavelength 2 cm on RT-22 SRI CrAO. The distributions of radio brightness are resulted in the areas of the quiet Sun and coronal holes. The characteristic sizes for radio granulation of patterns are determined.
