Abstract :
The work contains the results from measuring the spectra of amplitude fluctuations of K-band emission source placed on board of the Hot Bird satellite under the different tropospheric conditions. The attempt has been made to validate the observed effects theoretically. It has been concluded that transversal velocity motion of irregularity and nonstationarity of the troposphere parameters are the characteristics, which determine frequency spectrum width.
