Abstract :
Numerical simulation of microwave propagation through the evaporation duct has been carried out taking into account correlated refractivity fluctuation. It is shown that leakage of energy from evaporation duct results in additional long attenuation and energy fluctuation over the evaporation duct considerably higher than inside it.
