Abstract
In the paper, we reconstruct the radiated field on a planar surface from the knowledge of its nonuniformly spaced samples having a plane-polar arrangement. To do this, at first, SVD is employed for evaluating the uniformly distributed samples, whose position is fixed by a nonredundant sampling representation of the field. Then the field at any observation point is efficiently obtained by applying the optimal sampling interpolation expansion of central type.
