Abstract
Ferroelectric single crystals in the Pb1-xTiO3 system have been grown by using the PbO flux method. The maximum volume of the crystals is a function of the Ca concentration and decreases with increase of x from about 60 mm3 at x=0 to 0.05 mm3 at x=0.3. The lattice constant of the a and c axes decrease with increase of x. The Curie points linearly decrease from 487°C at x=0 to 478°C at x=0.1, depending on the Ca concentration
