Abstract :
In this paper, we describe a study of metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) based gas sensor, operated in dynamic measurement for identification of gas. The sample space of gas consists of five chemicals. We have used two number of gas sensors (TGS 2610 and TGS 2620 manufactured by Figaro sensors, Japan). The response of the sensors to the volatile organic compounds (VOC´s) to the interrogating temperature signals are presented. The result clearly indicates that the chemicals can be distinguished from the features of their shapes and the amplitudes of the response.
