  • Abstract
    Disaster assessment of the whole process of unconventional emergency is an important basis for relief. Unconventional emergency is dynamic and evolutionary which is concentrically embodied by difference information features and assessment objectives of each stage. Based on above, suitable assessment methods should be used. This paper studies on unconventional emergency information features and disaster assessment objective of each stage; analyzes suitable assessment methods of each stage; summarizes the disaster assessment methods of the whole process of unconventional emergency which is based on information and objectives.
