Abstract
We investigate the ultra-high-speed optical communication system at 400Gb/s per channel based on coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (CO-OFDM) through theoretical analysis and simulation, focusing on the required OSNR for 1e-3 BER and system performance under different distortion conditions.
