  • Abstract
    Emergency management platform has been born for quite a long time, but it becomes one of the indispensable disposing tools recently because of the growth of incidents. Compared to the past, the environment that relevant departments have to confront has changed a lot, so we called the platform “Modern Emergency Management Platform” which can deal with this new environment. The main difference between modern and traditional emergency management platform is not about advanced developing methods or technologies, but demand analysis of current situation. This paper starts with the concept of modern emergency management platform, and then specifically introduces its overall design, which emphasizes the advantages compared to the traditional platform. Then the inner theories and key technologies will also be explained. At the end, notices during developing process and choices of ways of developing will be given.
