Abstract :
Most of the coalmine accidents are caused by people´s unsafe behavior. Based on the basic theory and research methods of behavioral science, this paper analyzed human factors and rules affecting unsafe behavior. On this basis, it proposed the wholly integrated coalmine safety culture construction methods, with strengthening safety awareness, correcting unsafe behavior and training security practices as a core, characterized by the interaction between individuals, groups and organizations.
