  • Abstract
    Response training is the premise and guarantee for successful emergency response, as well as an indispensable method to improve the capability and knowledge of emergency. This paper aims at comparing the measures taken for emergency management training in developed countries such as the USA, Japan and Germany, and proposing the emergency management training structure for China.
