Abstract :
This study designs a system of electronic classroom newsletter for elementary school students on the WWW. The 4th grade students of elementary school use the system to put their writing on the electronic classroom newsletter. The system sends an email with the electronic classroom newsletter to their parents. After experiment, the parents highly agree the system can help teacher communicate with parents.
