Abstract
Due to the increasing study of manpower resource, mining useful information and helpful knowledge from databases are evolving into an important research area. In this paper we use fuzzy data mining algorithm to analyze the performance assessment of staffs in enterprise, grasp the structure of enterprise staffs, and then predict the performance of new staffs. The ability of the algorithm is tested experimentally and gives encouraging results.
