Abstract :
Stepping into the 21st century, the appearance of e-commerce-based supply chain system completely changed the original supply chain. The interaction ways and achievement means of logistics flow, information flow and capital flow are all changed, which has improved the service quality and lowered the cost. However, the following credit risk of e-commerce transaction has become an obstacle to the continued development of this mode. Therefore this paper aims to change it. It applied the Creditrisk+ model to quantifying the order loss in the management of e-commerce supply chain, obtaining the loss distribution of order portfolio and helping all businesses in nodes of supply chain to allocate their own resources more rationally.
