Abstract
A CAMAC module that is an integral part of a new technique for analyzing neutron multiplicities has been developed. The technique involves sequentially recording the arrival time of pulses from neutron detectors, and then applying correlation algorithms to determine neutron multiplicities. This provides a flexible and more thorough data analysis compared with current methods. The dead-time contribution of this module is virtually zero for the intended applications. By using user-programmable gate arrays and fast static-memory modules, one can fit the entire design into one CAMAC module
