            Abstract : 
Ultrasonic computerized tomography (CT) is becoming more important than C-scans in nondestructive inspection due to its rapid scanning ability. However, ultrasonic CT poses challenges due to ray-bending in anisotropic media. This paper proposes an improved ray-tracing algorithm. Based on this algorithm, a bend-ray multiplicative algebraic reconstruction technique (MART) algorithm has been presented. This algorithm has been verified by numerical simulation and used for our nondestructive inspection work
