Abstract :
Efforts were made at the Fujitsu Laboratory to produce optomodulators suitable for analog signal transmission, with particular emphasis placed on reducing the temperature coefficients. A unit that has low enough temperature coefficients so that it could be used for some physics experiments has been developed. The 1.55-μ wavelength was chosen for the unit
