Abstract
Although there have been many matching systems evaluations, the need for more evaluations remains one of the most important issues in this field, because without evaluation no progress. In this paper, we propose to compare two matching systems according to the matching approaches classification which distinguishes between syntactic and semantic systems using three OWL ontologies describing the same domain: the American University Organization.
