Abstract
A plan for introducing CASE (computer-aided software engineering) into an organization is outlined. This plan will help make the transition less risky and much easier by providing step-by-step implementation. It will also help ensure that the entire organization benefits from CASE by providing a better understanding of the critical human issues that lead to successful technology transfer in larger organizations
