Abstract :
A direction finding approach for multiple source based on single receiving channel is presented, with high resolution and accuracy. The system is composed of N antennas and a single receiver, thereby , offering significant hardware savings. Due to the sequential sampling of switch, the received signals are uncorrelated, then interpolation is used to recover the default multiple-channel signals. With the array covariance matrix estimated by the recovered signals, conventional high resolution DF algorithms can be applied to determine the direction of arrival estimation of the multiple sources impinging the antenna array. The experimental result demonstrates its effectiveness
