Extension of data visualization capabilities in software package for technology computer aided design

Abstract :
An adaptation of the visualization component, Tecplot (Amtec, USA) of ISE TCAD version 7.0 was carried out by using the possibilities of Linux shell programming. A file with corrective script was added. This file was used instead of the macros command file and an interactive visualization interface was enabled in the simulation flow.
