    Currently, due to problems such as lack of an integrated platform for all stakeholders to access information and sharing of their records, lack of full integration in existing systems, lack of financial information systems integrated with other processes, etc. Most organizations desire and understand ERP and its use has been. But sometimes wrong and hasty application of ERP in organizations, not only did not solve the problem but also because more problems have been. In this paper we reviewing the methods of implementation of ERP and its expression organizations, problems and challenges that we can and also large errors in working with ERP and use it to categorize and study and we able to deal with the practical solutions they offer.
