Abstract :
This paper introduces some separability concepts of an RLCM active network, an RLC active one, an RLCM passive one and an RLC passive one, and finds various sufficient conditions of separability, reducibility, controllability and observability of these electrical networks over F(z) . The criteria can be used to analyze and design active networks. In addition, a controllability criterion is derived.
