Notice of Retraction

In order to achieve sustainable development of environment resources, this paper analysis the basic structure of ecological environment and social environment economic input-output theoretically, establish environment economy input-output differential equations and optimization model of water conservancy project, it is proposed to use control theory to solve optimal control sequence and cite an example to demonstrate it. This will be an important theoretical and practical significance for application of input output technique in water conservancy later on.
