Abstract :
This paper defines and analyses the material and geometrical nonlinearities and the nonlinearity due to the junction field effect for magnetic sensors realised on Hall semiconductor plates. Using numerical simulation it emphasises the way in which the scattering mechanism, the geometry and material properties influence the devices´ nonlinearity
