Abstract :
In this paper a new method, which is based on the Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN), for the evaluation of information system (IS) is originally proposed by our team. To begin with, a new index system concerning the evaluation of IS is established. Following that, the principle of the method based on FNN is described in detail. Finally, a multi-layer evaluation based on FNN will be given out.
