Abstract :
In our work we investigate a time-dependent model exhibiting the advantage of necessitating only temporal control over the two margin spins and moreover being very robust to imperfections of the edge couplings. In the intermediate chain the model assumes a simple, homogeneous and constant coupling distribution. Up to now, this model is the only time-dependent model which can be formulated analytically for arbitrary lengths N of the chain.
