Abstract :
The world education market demands a new teacher with capacities not only as a domain expert but also as a self-content developer. This article explores the creation of learning objects (LO) and its reuse within a university by using a tool called "HyperTectol", which is being developed at the Universite Paris 8 in France and that introduces, guides and promotes the use of multimedia elements in course content.
