Abstract :
In this paper we propose a generalized GSR model of fair exchange for e-contracting. Based on the model, the methodology is narrated to implement e-contracting protocols that ensure fairness in true sense without using an additional trusted third party for which either party has to pay. The model provides the scope to include the validated contract and money atomicity properties within e-contracting protocol. We conclude this paper by indicating the area of applicability for our model.
