Abstract :
This paper presents a method that uses analog signal processing techniques to test the average pulse amplitude of a series of transitions/pulses in high speed systems. It is intended for high volume testers, and can be used for signal integrity evaluation of microcircuits, communication channels, hard drives and other applications
