Abstract
The ubiquity of computer technology and the potential benefits of exploiting technological resources are compelling organizations to Web-enhance existing, and create new training materials and strategies. This work identifies the stakeholders involved in this change and proposes a model of an alignment process designed to make the new means of training effective.
