            Abstract : 
Timing jitter suppressed optical pulse generator module is realized by using gain-switched laser diode with optical feedback timing control mechanism. 9.7-ps timing jitter deviations are easily suppressed less than 1-ps at the wide range repetitious rate between 500 MHz to 7 GHz.
