  • Abstract
    Perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC) is a recently introduced medium. This fundamental medium is a generalization of both PEC and PMC media. In this paper, Green´s function in integral is presented for a horizontal source on a dielectric slab with a PEMC ground. The fields are described in terms of both electric and magnetic vector potentials. The resulted Green´s function is applied to derive the image theory for PEMC involving horizontal sources.
