Abstract
An effective compensation mode plays an important role in staff motivation and enterprise targets´ realization. Associating staff´s compensation with enterprise´s performance is not only an important part of performance management, but also a key element of setting up a reasonable compensation system. For administration and supporting staff, a compensation system which associates with enterprise performance is presented. The specifications and advantages of the mode are also analyzed.
