Abstract
The front cover of the display of medical appliance, for example, the injection molding of thin-walled parts is simulated by using Mold flow software. Best gate location is determined. Rational gating system is designed. Simulation results of Fill time, Volume shrinkage, Sink mark index, the location of air traps and weld Lines are analyzed. Simulation method improves not only the efficiency of testing mold, but also quality of product.
