Abstract :
When program from TCAD package starts and finishes work, it makes label in program registration file, which is placed on license server and may not be accessible by ordinary user. As a result when user tries to start a next copy of program, number of starts is exhausted and user can get failure without description of cause. Trying to start program again and again can cause crash in computational cluster. In connection with necessity of the optimal use of computational cluster resources by technological process devices modelling (ISE TCAD), complex of programs, analysing load of license server was presented. This paper presents user interface capabilities extension in technological modelling system using Lictools package which can be used for preventing crashes and optimise cluster work by analysing load of resources.
