The mutual engagement of college Teachers learning institutions is an important measure taken by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education to share quality teaching resources among universities in Hangzhou. “The information system on mutual engagement college Teachers learning institutions” is an important carrier of the implementation and management of the mutual engagement of teachers. The information management system has been of great importance and practical significance to the orderly and efficient conduct of the mutual engagement of teachers in college learning institutions. The management system is quite operable and practical, and can be used by the higher education parks in other provinces for reference in the design and construction of a management system to share teaching resources.
