Abstract
A semantic data model is developed to make the intellectual database access possible. The model design is based on the entity-relationship model from the viewpoint of the management of semantic information. The concept of case grammar is introduced, not only to make the properties of entities distinct, but also to interpret natural-language-like queries effectually
