Abstract :
In order to satisfy the demand of high working efficiency and running stability of Liquid fertilizer applicator in the operation process, the pricking hole mechanism of Liquid fertilizer applicator with planetary elliptic gears only was designed. Kinematics analysis model of the mechanism was created. Through theoretical derivation, the mechanism was analyzed using kinematics. By visual Basic 6.0 program, parameter optimization program was written which can display trajectory and attitude of the mechanism real-timely when pricking hole. Based on Design-Expert6.0.1 software, in accordance with optimization target and agricultural requirements, optimum parameter sets, which could satisfy the movement of the mechanism was obtained. Based on this experience, a set of parameters were chosen and co-simulation to pricking hole mechanism was carried out using Pro/E and ADAMS. The results indicated that the pricking hole mechanism designed on the basis of optimum parameters can meet the design requirements.
