  • Abstract
    Taking the parameters of the Titania humidity sensor equivalent cirCuit model as an optimizing object, this paper proposes an optimization model to improve equivalent cirCuits based on genetic algorithms. ELitist strategy is added into the selection option of the algorithms, and fitness function is suitably adjusted. Thus, the operating efficiency and accuracy of the algorithms are enhanced, and a fitting curve and fitness function arrangement are obtained. The suitabiLity of equivalent cirCuits is proved intuitively by the fitting curve, and the operating effect of the algorithm is clearly expressed by the fitness function arrangement. An optimization process for improved genetic algorithms is reaLized with Matlab programming language.
