Abstract :
A green method for separating and enriching trace chlortetracycline (CTC) in river by phase-separation floatation(PSF) spectro-photometry has been proposed, the principium was discussed. In this paper, the hydrophobic complex composed of Fe(III) and CTC was floated into organic phase under the optimal conditions: ultraviolet detector setting at 398 nm. Phase-separation reagent using 1.5 mol·L-1 sodium chloride, buffer solution of Tris-HCl(pH=7.0) as acidity regulator, tetrahydrofuran(THF) and ethanol absolute(4+1) as solvent. The Linear regression equation is A=2.59×105C-0.0078, Linear range is from 5.0×10-7-1.3×10-5 mol·L-1, lower Limit of detection (LOD) was 3.39×10-7 mol·L-1.
