The regularity for change of human brain after consuming alcohol will be discussed in this paper. Four right-handed, no-smoking healthy subjects took part in the study. They were instructed to wear an EEG cap with 21 electrodes placed according to the international 10/20 system and drink. The EEG signal was recorded at the same time and then analyzed by using power spectral density(PSD) and system cluster analysis. The general trend reveals, the power of the EEG signal in frontal region decreased with the increase of the amount of alcohol intake, and the power of the EEG signal in central, occipital region increased. After drinking, the EEG signal will transform fast wave, and the power of EEG signal will decrease, it indicates that nerve stimulation of alcohol has a strong influence on this part, so people will become excited after drinking. The fast wave in central and occipital region will reduce, the power of EEG signal will increase, the brain has an inhibitory action on the neuron cells in this part, so the coordination of the body will become weaken, the feeling will become not sensitive enough, the eyesight will become weaken. With the increase of the amount of alcohol intake, theta(θ) waves began to appear and be gradually enhanced after consuming alcohol as the subjects were in state of sleepy and the central nervous system of the subjects was inhibited. At the same time, alpha(α) waves and beta(β) waves are gradually enhanced and the region of them waves is expanded after consum- ng alcohol. The clusterings of the EEG signal were separated gradually into some smaller clusterings with the increase of the amount of alcohol intake. It indicated that the correlation between the parts of brain decrease gradually. This phenomenon also tell us that too much drinking maybe lead to the decrease of balance, stability between the parts of the brain and the increase of containment procedure.
