            Abstract : 
We present an optical packet and circuit integrated ring network which can move a boundary between wavelength resources of optical packets and paths for flexible resource usage. Using a hybrid optical packet/circuit switch and transponder, an optical packet link is automatically changed to optical path links on one waveband.
