            Abstract : 
Finite element analysis technology is an effective approach to research on mechanics performance of rubber component ,but it is difficult to establish accurate finite element analysis model .Uncertainty of rubber parameter make theoretical analysis impossible quantitative. Rubber parameter of single metal floating face seals are gained accurately by adapting the theoretical analysis and tests, which break through the limit of qualitative analysis. The finite element model can simulate the assemble process of single metal floating face seal accurately, which is great significance to theoretical analysis and practical application. The research can provide the reference for rubber components in relative fields to analysis mechanically by adopting finite element software.
