Abstract :
The hydraulic press system for forging is very important equipment in aerospace industry. Since this kind of system is very complex, such as flow nonlinear, this will cause that its dynamic performance is difficult to obtain. In this paper, a simulation based dynamic performance analysis method is proposed to analyze the system dynamics. First, a simulation model of the hydraulic press system is built based on the commercial software AMESim, upon which its dynamic performance is analyzed and estimated. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
