Abstract :
We use frequency-code multiplexing in dynamic range enhancement technique for end reflection assisted Brillouin analysis that can monitor PON branches individually. 12-frequency code multiplexing is used for monitoring 8-branched fibres, and signal to noise ratio is improved by 4.5 dB.
