Abstract :
The main objective of this paper is to model the psychology influence of decision maker when facing the low/high values (or profits, utilities) and risks during the partner selection process of virtual organization (VO). An optimal approach based on prospect theory is proposed to balance the tendency between values and risks of selecting partners. In the end of this paper, a case study has been provided to substantiate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
