Although management studies have identified a wide variety of factors that influence knowledge management, little analysis has been completed showing the relative influence of these factors on performance. The research offers insights into the determinants of knowledge management performance, and specific factors that influence performance. The goal of this research is to provide decision makers with specific advice to improve knowledge management performance.
