Abstract :
A kind of blue OLED device with structure of ITO/2T-NATA (15nm) /NPB(25nm)/ADN:TBP(30nm: X% wt) /Alq3 (30nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al(100nm) was prepared via vacuum deposition process, here X varied from 0% to 5% with a step of 1%. The results showed that 2T-NATA function as the holes injection layer and dopant TBP can improve the luminance and efficiency, the 3% doped device exhibits a best performance including a maximum luminance of 5840 cd/m2 that is about 0.7 times than that of device witHout TBP; a maximum current efficiency of 5.29 cd/A, a luminance efficiency is 2lm/W and CIE coordinates (0.1529, 0.2254) is obtained at 7V.
