Abstract :
The cutting tools and programmed optimization of cutting speeds and feeds, such as tool selection and CAM of procedure draw up technology in high speed NC milling is analyzed. This paper summarised put forward some problems that should be taken care of in the high speed NC milling. The key engineering and programming technology of high speed and effective NC milling is analyzed. Practical base of high speed and effective NC milling is provided. High speed and effective NC milling some problems is settled for hard to cut materials as nonferrous metals or aluminums alloy. It obtains good result in practical applications.
